This workshop will give students who want to learn how to handstand all the tools they need to get upside down and build a sustainable handstand practice. Cathy breaks down proper alignment, provides you with exercises to build the strength you need to balance your body on your hands, and most importantly will help alleviate your fears by making the pose accessible to you! Learning this posture will empower your yoga practice by building strength and confidence! This workshop is suitable for beginners. All levels are welcome.
