Activating our Earth Star Chakra, beginning with a tree meditation, connecting our earthly bodies through deep slow movements and nurturing pauses to embrace this rich energy-leaving feeling connected, grounded, and rejuvenated from nature’s energy. Ending our practice with the sounds of singing bowls, drums, and chimes.
