Slowing down…a restorative gentle practice

We are all living in this fast paced world. Creating time to slow down the body and the mind is a must! This class will focus on an extended warm up and cool down with gentle balance and slow vinyasa flow. We will utilize blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters to enhance the practice. (Please bring all of your props) Pranayama (breath work) is essential in cultivating peace and stillness in body and mind! Join me for a beautiful restorative practice.
